Returns
Due to the nature of our all natural and hand-made products, we cannot assure the purity of merchandise once it has been shipped. For safety and hygiene reasons this merchandise cannot be restocked or resold, so we do not accept returns. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact us at nadoraorganics@gmail.com or fill out the contact form.
Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, you may contact customer service within 30 days for a replacement along with a photo. Items will not be replaced after 30 days.
Your satisfaction is our goal and we truly believe that you will love our products, but if you are unhappy, please let us know. We want you to have a positive experience and will work with you if you are not pleased with your purchase.
